Shipping is free to anywhere in the world. We ship to pretty much anywhere you are. ;)

Damages

SingleDoseBrew is not liable for any products damaged or lost by the shipping carrier during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns and Cancellations Policy

SingleDoseBrew is happy to provide returns and exchanges within 30 days of your original purchase. Returns and exchanges must be returned in the same condition as they were received, without physical signs of wear or use, and should be returned in the original packaging.

Please make sure to inspect the items thoroughly before returning, as products with signs of wear will be subject to a 20% restocking fee (deducted from the final refund).

To process a return or exchange, please forward your order confirmation email and/or order number on our contact us page, along with the reason for return or exchange.

Once received,returns and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days.

All shipping costs for the return to our nearest warehouse will be at the buyer's cost.

Returns, cancellations, or refunds cannot be made while the item is in transit to you.
